Stonerise Homeowners Association is a hidden gem nestled between Canyon Road & Highway 161 in the South Hill area of Pierce County. Minutes from great schools, main commute routes, ample shopping, and a short drive to great outdoor activities, our 42 home gated development is the perfect piece of Pacific Northwest paradise for you to call home.

The residents of Stonerise include owners and some renters, both of whom are valued members of our community. Although our renter residents contract privately with the home owner, they are subject to the same rules and procedures. The goal of the Board of Directors is to preserve, protect and enhance the quality of life and property values at Stonerise.
